How to Join the Ashtanga Yoga Oxford

Step 1

First, make sure you have a stable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone, such as a laptop, tablet or smartphone.

Step 2

Check the schedule of the yoga class you want to attend and make sure you have the correct date and time in your calendar.

Step 3

If you haven’t already done so, download the Zoom app on your device.

Step 4

When you’re ready to start, click on the link provided in the PDF or email you received to join the Zoom meeting.

Step 5

You will be prompted to enter a meeting ID and a password. Enter the meeting ID provided in the PDF or the email and the password too.

Step 6

Once you are in the Zoom meeting, you will be able to see the teacher and other participants (if their cameras are on). Your camera will also be on, so make sure you are in a well-lit and quiet space where you can practice without distractions.

Step 7

Mary will support you through the practice, and will give you cues where necessary. If you have any questions or concerns, you can use the chat feature to communicate or just talk using the mic feature.

Step 8

Finally, log out of the Zoom meeting and take a rest!
