Primary Series Led Class

Full Primary Series led class taught with the traditional Vinyasa count.
Competence in the Sun Salutation A & B, Standing Postures, Sitting Postures (up to Marichyasana), Back Bending and Finishing Postures is required.
Not suitable for complete beginners.

This led class is an opportunity to deepen the practice, increase steadiness and focus, and learn the correct Vinyasa system specific to the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga.
